The hydraulic compression plate and frame filter press consists of the main machine (frame and filter chamber), hydraulic components and electrical parts. 1. Main machine part: The main machine consists of two beams, whose ends are fixed on the two sides of the thrust plate and the hydraulic cylinder seat to form a frame. On the left and right beams, a number of filter chambers consisting of filter frames, filter plates and filter cloths are placed vertically and arranged in sequence; and can move horizontally along the beams. The compression plate is hinged with the piston rod. It is driven by the hydraulic cylinder piston to move forward and backward to compress the filter frame and filter plate. After reaching the hydraulic working pressure, the locking nut is rotated to lock and maintain the pressure. Then turn off the motor to feed and filter. 2. Hydraulic components: The hydraulic components are composed of hydraulic auxiliary parts (oil tank and oil filter), hydraulic pump, valve, hydraulic cylinder and pipeline. 3. Electrical components: The electrical components are installed on the right side of the oil tank, and the operating components are installed on the right side of the oil cylinder seat.
