China Mining News: What are the main products of Dazhang Filtration, and what fields are they mainly used in?

Zhang Zhenli: As a series of environmental protection equipment companies that develop and produce services for the construction of ecological civilization, our products include diaphragm filter presses, plate and frame filter presses, chamber filter presses, belt filter presses, stainless steel filters, etc., which are used in environmental protection, mining, metallurgy, medicine, petroleum, chemical industry, coal, food and other fields. This year, we have successfully developed the "Drilling Platform Miniaturized Integrated Filter Press Equipment", which is mainly used in the construction of offshore drilling platforms and engineering projects in the sand washing wastewater industry, and has achieved good market results.

China Mining News: Only by insisting on innovation-driven can we continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. What achievements has Dazhang Filtration made in terms of technological innovation?

Zhang Zhenli: Technological innovation cannot be separated from the strong support of talents. We attach great importance to the cultivation and introduction of talents. At present, the company has more than 60 R&D personnel at the middle and senior levels, and has established an industry-university-research cooperation alliance with China Separation Machinery Association, Ningbo Institute of Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, Zhongyuan Institute of Technology and other institutions, and is committed to building a bright pearl in the field of separation machinery in the Central Plains. At present, our company has more than 50 patents. Strong technology, high-quality products, and attentive service have been recognized and praised by domestic and foreign customers. Among them, the flexible diaphragm filter plate technology independently developed by the company has passed the test of Ningbo Institute of Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the diaphragm hardness can reach 65A (9% higher than the international standard), reaching the international advanced level. In the sludge dewatering environment of sewage from industrial and mining enterprises and urban sewage treatment plants, the maximum filter cake output of a single machine can reach 20 cubic meters, and the moisture content of the filter cake can reach 45%, meeting the requirements of the environmental protection industry for sludge discharge, and the dewatering capacity has reached the advanced level of the industry.

China Mining News: Green and high-quality development emphasizes the organic unity of green and benefits. How can Dazhang Filtration create value for customers while promoting its own green development?

Zhang Zhenli: All production of our company is guided by green standards, and green management is implemented throughout the production process to achieve clean and low-carbon production. Our intelligent green transformation is at the advanced level in the industry. We invested 60 million yuan in the robot welding technology transformation project for filter press accessories, which made the company's filter press production move towards high-end intelligence; we invested 80 million yuan in the flexible diaphragm filter plate upgrade and transformation project, and used the domestic advanced fully automatic intelligent injection molding machine to produce diaphragm filter plates, which is clean and environmentally friendly, and the product quality is optimized. On the milling plate, we have achieved fully automated milling plate production capacity. We are currently the first company in China to use this production line, and the entire filter plate production process has achieved green production.

The filter press developed and produced by our company has played a good supporting role in improving economic benefits and achieving green development for customers. Some customers have achieved the recycling of water resources and protected the ecological environment through the treatment of sewage. In particular, some sand and gravel mining enterprises use filter presses to process the stone powder produced during the production process, which can be turned into high-quality machine-made sand to increase the product value.

"China Mining News": Sales are the leader. What are the characteristics of Dazhang Filtration in sales system construction and after-sales service?

Zhang Zhenli: Our sales model is to carry out comprehensive online and offline three-dimensional sales, form a strategic cooperation agreement with dealers, set up agency points in 28 provinces across the country, and successively set up offices in East China, South China, Central China, North China, and Southwest China, covering the whole country. In this way, we can quickly communicate with customers face to face, understand customer needs in the shortest time, and arrange sales personnel with rich industry experience to connect with them. In 2018, the company established a project department, which is composed of sales department personnel with more than 5 years of market sales experience and annual sales of more than 6 million and personnel with project experience in the technical department. Zero-discharge technology for sewage treatment has been applied in 28 provinces and cities across the country. Typical cases of engineering application in the sand and gravel industry include Gezhouba Yuzhou 12,000 tons per day project and Chizhou 300 cubic meters per hour sand washing project. With our honest business philosophy, the market share of customer-derived customers is also expanding, accounting for 1/3 of sales.

The company also has an after-sales team of more than 60 people, most of whom are young men with professional filter press commissioning skills. They can solve equipment commissioning and various fault repairs for customers, meet the after-sales service needs of customers in different regions, and the after-sales phone is online for customers 24 hours a day, and customers are welcome to consult online at any time. We also provide quality tracking services for completed projects. Whenever we receive after-sales commissioning needs from customers, we will send professional technicians to the customer site to debug and operate the equipment as soon as possible, and select the best solutions for customers, guide installation and commissioning work, equipment operation and maintenance, etc. At the same time, we will also provide on-site training for customer operators and provide customers with corresponding equipment operating procedures so that customers can operate the equipment more smoothly. In 2019, we have built a cloud service direct connection between users and manufacturers, so as to improve service quality and better control the product market.
